Eco Air & Sea Cargo

Eco Air & Sea Cargo service was very disappointing. Before payment, many promises were made, but none were fulfilled after payment. My cargo was delayed without proper communication, and when I went to collect it at MIDCO, my name was not even on the list, causing long delays and stress.
Additionally, I was asked to pay LKR 10,000 at collection, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. Staff responses were unprofessional, and there was no follow-up or apology.
Overall, very poor coordination and customer service. I do not recommend this service. (HBL: EASC97808W)
